Khujwana Projects
Metsimotlhabe Project
Khujwana Construction did build a 3-bedroom house with single garage in Metsimotlhabe and the project took 3 months up to the stage agreed with the customer.
Thamaga Project
We also built a 3-bedroom house with a single garage and a servant's quater in Thamaga, which took a duration of 3 months to complete.
Francistown Project
We also built a Bachelor Pad at Francistown, which took 2 months due to the nature of the land which we were building on, which demanded us to dig a little deeper to remove the clay soil.
Mmopane Project
A bachelor pad in Mmopane Block 1, which took a month because it was only brickwork , roofing plastering and door installations that the customers wanted
Ramotswa Project
We extended a house from 2 rooms to a 3-bedroom house in Ramotswa, which we had to make a renovated floor plan for the new house. The total duration of this project was 3 months
